The stores are stocking school supplies already and we’re all starting to think about all the things we need to get for our kiddos to prepare them for the 2010-2011 school year. My goal this year is to try and make a lunch for my child every day to encourage his already healthy eating habits. This, of course, requires planning on my part so I guess it’s time for me to start back with my “weekly meal plans” and cooking a little extra each night for him to have the next day at school. This handsome little guy decided to make his debut a little early. Luckily, mom and I had already been in contact with one another and had his session ready – all we needed was him!
